V:1 - Timber Home Barn Loft & Bunk Beds. This home and bedroom was featured in Log Home Living Magazine Home of the Year edition.
We built this customer five custom beds for their Timber Home Barn. Based on their home’s blueprints we worked with the
customer to design the beds around their available space in the room, lights on the wall above each bed and a bathroom door between them.
The customer did a fantastic job installing and decorating the beds. On the back wall there are two Twin Size Loft Beds placed End-To-End that share a center Angled Ladder.
Both beds have Hanging Storage Caddies, Slatted Headboards with Double Bookshelves at each end. Underneath the Loft Bed are two Queen Low Platform Beds with
Slatted Headboards and under bed Storage Drawers. On the right there is a Twin Bunk Bed with Slatted Headboards & Footboards, Hanging Storage Caddy and Storage Drawers.
Kids love climbing and Pipe Ladders were added at the entrance of the upper bed.
All beds are super sturdy with 1,000 lbs. of weight capacity and follow the
Consumer Products Safety Commission Specifications.
V:2 - Custom bunk bed in a vacation rental property in Gulf Shores Alabama.
From the customer: "FiveSales of Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals: Our first spring break family booking is on the calendar! This is a great opportunity to highlight our bunk beds.
Built by College Bed Lofts in upstate NY, our bunk beds were custom designed with the condo in mind! This sturdy construction is solid wood and has extra brace reinforcements.
The bottom bed is lower to the floor so it's easier for kids to get in and out of. The upper bed is raised so a teenager (or adult) in the lower bed has plenty of headspace
if they want to sit up. The upper railing was extended to provide extra safety protection. Rounded post tops and iron grab bars make it easier to enter the top bunk,
and low-grit tread strips are on the ladder steps to help feet stay on those rungs. They glow in the dark, too! Finally, you have two boat cleats completing the nautical
look and providing a place to hanging lanyards, hats, or drawstring bags. Paired with our full bed in this room (and a king bed in the master bedroom),
you've got plenty of sleeping options."

V:3 - Built-In Bunk Bed.
This customer requested a custom size bunk bed to fit into a nook in the room. The customer removed the baseboard and we built the bed to make it fit wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling. The bed is a standalone bed but looks built-into the walls. The bed has a vertical front ladder and the Hanging Storage Caddy for storing small items. The lower bunk was placed on the floor to give them more space above and between the bunks. The customer did the painted finish.

V:4A - Beach Bum Blvd – Tiki Hut Loft Bed.
This is a custom queen loft bed with an enclosed upper area for children. We designed the bed to be a Nautical Themed Tiki Hut for
her Surfside Beach, SC beach condo. The upper bed is an enclosed queen and the lower bed is a low platform queen with double shelves and a slatted headboard.
The customer did a great job painting the multi-colored bed.

V:4B - Ski Mountain Chalet.
This is a set of custom queen end-to-end bunk beds with a slatted headboard and footboard that share a center angled ladder, located in Gatlinburg, TN.

V:4C - Beach House.
This is a custom L-Shaped Bunk Bed. The upper bunk is a twin, the lower is a queen and a L-Shaped twin loft bed on the right. Located in Surfside Beach, SC.
V:5 - Custom Bunk and Low Platform Bed with Trundle for a vacation home.
We built this customer a custom bunk, low platform and trundle bed. We extended the beds and added a storage box for each bed. From the customer: "It is very space efficient and I get a lot of compliments on how well designed it is. The space fits four twin size mattresses. V:6 - Custom beds for a vacation home.
We built this customer a custom length loft bed to fit a Twin and Queen bed underneath and share an angled center ladder. The customer did a great job finishing and decorating the beds. The design process started with the customer sending us a picture of the room, a rough diagram and room dimensions. We then created a detail drawing for her.
V:7 - Custom Bunk Bed for a vacation home.
I wanted to thank you so much for all your help as you made the ordering process so easy. You and your team did an amazing job and the custom bunk bed is perfect in our vacation home! It is only a 2 bedroom so maximizing space was very important and the custom bunk was a perfect solution. I have already recommended your company to our neighbor as he plans to update his bunk room soon. We built 250 Bunk Beds for the Panama City, FL Holiday Inn Resort for their "Family Rooms" catering to families and college students. The Holiday Inn bed shown here is a Twin-XL with the Vertical Front Ladder. The hotel sprayed a clear coat finish on the beds.

V:11 - EMS Station Crew Beds. "I just wanted to compliment the workmanship of the beds. We bought 3 about a year or so ago for our bunk room at the EMS station... And boy are they RUGGED! I put them together over a weekend, and while my carpentry skills aren't that of a professional, your directions were easy to understand, and by the third bed, I was a pro. Our department is a 24/7 Volunteer Emergency Medical Services agency. We are one of the busiest departments in the area and response to nearly 3,500 calls per year. With that kind of volume, we have EMTs on staff at the station all day and night. Those bunk beds enable us to comfortably sleep 6 EMTs in our small bunk room. With different EMTs using those beds every night (of all different sizes) we needed to find a real sturdy, rugged, bed set that could stand up to the abuses of first responders climbing in and out of them all the time. I just wanted to commend you for making a fine product. V:12 - Bunkhouse Bunk Room Bunk Beds. This church organization needed a large number of very sturdy bunk beds for a retreat center for youth, teen and adults. Each bed has a headboard shelf for the upper and lower mattress. From the customer: "I wanted to send you a couple of pictures of our bunk beds. They turned out great. V:13 - We custom built this customer two bunks beds to fit into a very small room. We shortened the length and width, modified the ladder opening and added ladder hooks to allow the ladder to be shared by both beds.

V:14 - Custom Loft & Bunk Beds
This customer needed sleeping space for four grandkids in a small bedroom. We designed him two Loft Beds with a platform and steps between them and a bunk bed at one end. The lofts give the children plenty of play space underneath.

V:15 - Triple Beds for a small space
This customer needed sleeping space for three grandkids in a small bedroom. We designed her (1) Twin Size Loft Bed and (2) Twin Size Low Platform Beds to go underneath. They are all separate beds and may be placed into multiple configurations. We also customized the headboards to make them wider. The Vertical Front Ladder for the Loft Bed may be installed either on the left or right end.
V:16 - Corner Beds: Loft Bed and a Low Bed Underneath for a small space
For smaller bedrooms you can use a combination of a tall or mid-height Loft Bed and a low bed placed underneath. The low bed may be a Captain's, Low Platform or High-Rise Bed. To order them you need to first select the Loft Bed and place it into the shopping cart and then select the lower bed separately. V:17 - Corner Beds: Loft Bed with Angled End Ladder
This picture shows the corner bed (shown above) with the optioinal Angled End Ladder making it easier for young children climbing up. Handrails are also available for the ladder.
V:18 - Captain's Bed with Floor Storage Drawers
Captain's Bed with three floor storage drawers. The floor storage drawers underneath are 20" wide x 7" high x 36" long giving you plenty of storage space. They come with either hard floor sliders or felt sliders for carpets. The floor storage drawers are great for storing extra bedding and for kids storing their toys, Lego Blocks and just about anything underneath the bed.
If you need sleeping space for three people but only have an 8' ceiling we have a Triple Bunk Slider available. The middle bunk slides in or out to give the bottom and middle bunks more space at the head end. Mattress not included. This is a nice solution for use in temporary sleeping quarters such as cabins and camps. This bed can be turned to allow the slider end to be either on the left or right. This can also be permanently attached to have the middle bed off of the end of the bunk bed.
The first photo shows the bed in the closed position. The second shows the middle bed out half way from the upper bed. The third and fourth shows a custom bed designed to fit the customer's room from wall-to-wall. It has a Vertical Front Ladder and the Double Bookshelf Headboard for each bed.

V:20 - Bunk Beds with Trundle
This customer needed sleeping space for five. We built him L-Shaped Bunk Beds with a Trundle.

V:21 - Bunk Bed with Trundle and Trundle Front Panel
Need more sleeping spaces for your guests? Many Airbnb designers and consultants recommend using a Trundle Bed underneath a bunk bed. The Trundle slides underneath the the lower bunk and it pulls out when needed for extra sleeping space. The trundle may be for a twin or full size mattress. Shown here is a Queen over Queen Bunk with a Full Trundle. The trundle has a decorative Trundle Front Panel to cover the trundle when not in use. This bed has the Youth Safety Rails, stairs with lots of storage cubbies, slatted headboard for both levels amd the Hanging Storage Caddy for the upper bunk.

V:23 Custom Loft Bed over Low Platform Beds
We customized the beds to lengthen the upper Loft Bed to allow two Low Platform Beds to be placed underneath. The center leg is needed to provide sufficient support for the longer loft bed.

This shows a Loft Bed over a Low Platform Bed. The loft bed has the adult safety rails, pillow stop and the headboard shelf. The low platform bed has the slatted double bookshelf headboard.

V:25 Multi-Width Bunk Beds
We have Twin or Twin-XL Over Full, Twin or Twin-XL over Full-XL, Twin or Twin-XL Over Queen and Full or Full-XL Over Queen. You may climb up the built-in vertical end ladder or the optional angled front ladder. We custom build each bed to your exact specifications so we can make it fit any size and any ceiling height.

This customer had a tall ceiling and wanted taller bunk beds with more space between the bunks to be more comfortable for adults.

V:27 Custom Bunk Beds with Center Stairs
From the Customer: Thought I'd pass on this picture of our dual queen bunk beds at our bay house in Anahuac TX. Painted with chalk paint and sealed with wax sealer from Lowes. Generally easy to assemble (came with all parts and plenty of hardware, shipped with no damage). It takes some time to assemble these large bunks. They are sturdy as promised. We (and the grandkids) love them.

V:31 Queen Bunk Bed with Trundle.
We built this customer a custom Queen over Queen Bunk Bed with a full size trundle for an Airbnb home in Turtle Bay, Kahuku, Hawaii. The customer requested a removable angled ladder to allow the trundle to slide out for extra sleeping space as needed. The customer did a great job finishing the bed in a light colored stain and clear coat finish.
V:32 - This customer ordered multiple Twin over Full bunk beds with a trundle and trundle panel for a Short Term Rental unit on the Gulf Coast.
He did a fantastic job finishing the bed, it looks great.
Comments from the customer: “First off I’m not a handy man by any stretch. I can follow directions like any dad that has to assemble toys on Christmas,
but beyond that I’m not particularly skilled at wood working. I want to be clear what level I’m on.
Ordering was easy, follow-up was great, lead time was perfect and everything worked out. You guys have taken a highly customizable product and made one size fits all directions.
I’m impressed with that and I think you pulled it off nicely. Even the boxes came in handy during the painting phase to cover the floor.
We did one coat primer, 2 coats white, followed by a hand wipe off glaze. The ladder rungs and safety rails were stained and lacquered separately a different shade.
With the help of my wife at times, we were able to easily assemble the beds. Your beds are absolutely sturdy. They don’t even creak when climbing up onto the top bunk.
Absolutely solid. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and I’m sure they will last quite a while in our short term rental.

V:33 Nana's Bunkhouse Bunk Beds
Nana needed more sleeping space for her grandkids, family and guests in her Bunkhouse Bunkroom. We custom built her End-To-End Beds to fit her wall space. The upper beds are Twin Size with a Heavy-Duty Angled Ladder leading up to a Platform and Shelf between the beds. The lower left bed is a Queen Size and a Full Size on the lower right. The ceiling is a little lower than normal (84") and we customized the frame height of the beds to give the upper and lower bunks 30" of headroom above the mattresses. The Solid Wood beds look great in this Bunkroom.
The first picture is from the customer. The second picture is what the beds looked like as we built them in our shop. The bed slats were not included in the shop picture.
