C:E1 - Bookcase & Desk Combo
As a customization we offer a Custom Bookcase that attaches to the Short Desk. The Bookcase has (4) Shelves with backboards and is 20" wide and the shelves are 10" deep. The Bookcase is all solid wood and made from knot free clear spruce wood. The price is $300. When ordering this customization, we will need to know the exact placement of the bookcase, either on the right or left of the Short Desk.
C:E2 - Custom Loft Bed with a Desk and Bookcase
We built this customer a highly customized loft bed with additional shelving and a bookcase next to the desk. The customer did a fantastic job assembling and finishing the bed. The bed includes: L-Shaped Legs with open ends, short desk, desk bookcase, short shelf above desk with a backboard, long shelf across the back with a backboard, slatted headboard & footboard, double bookshelf headboard and a Hanging Storage Caddy.

From the customer: Hello College Bed Lofts. We love the bed, it's perfect! I had promised you pictures of the bed once done, and I am happy to share them with you now! The stain color is a "dusty rose" (pink) from Sherwin Williams catalog of colored stains. My daughter's pick. It is finished with lacquer.
PS: The bed is probably my daughter's favorite thing in the house. It is also a hit with all her friends when they come to visit. Thanks!
C:E3 - Custom Loft Bed with Stairs and a Removable Bunk
We built this customer a highly customized loft bed with stairs and additional shelving at the foot end of the bed. We also placed a removable Trundle Bed on the bottom. The head end of the bed has a solid wall from floor to the top of the bed. As the child gets older the Trundle can be removed and a desk and additional storage can be placed underneath. The customer did a nice job finishing the beds in a two tone white and clear finish.
C:E4 - Kid's Loft Bed with Lots of Storage and Organization
"A place for everything and everything in its place."
Today's typical children’s bedroom issue: Too small a room and not enough storage space.
This customer requested a loft bed with additional safety rails to go 10" above the top of the mattress, a solid headboard, angled front ladder,
an area to hang items and 10" deep shelving for storage and organization. The bed fits nicely in the room along with the other furniture giving her more open floor space.
The bed doesn't have a finish on it at this point, the daughter was too excited and began using it right away.

C:E5A - Play Loft Crash Pad (click picture to enlarge)
The Play Loft Crash Pad is designed for Special Needs Children with Sensory Processing Disorders. It is an elevated structure with an opening to allow children to fall into the Crash Pad on the floor. This unit includes a Vertical Pipe Ladder, Grab Handles, Picket Fence Posts, solid wall end and back and a Plywood Top. We recommend placing interlocking foam pads on top of the plywood. It is custom built to your exact specifications. It can be made into any size or height and an Angled Ladder is also available. In the underneath area we can add shelving, desk, bench or a table for additional storage and activity area. Please contact us if you need a custom size built.
The actual soft foam Crash Pad that rests on the floor is not included and we do not sell them.
The Play Loft Crash Pad provides a designated zone for crashing or jumping to satisfy any sensory seekers. Make sure to put some pillows, bean bags or cushions around the crash pad to create a safety zone. For more information on Crash Pads, please see eSpecial Needs Blog.
Please note, the Play Loft Crash Pad is not a bed. It does not follow the Consumer Products Safety Commission Guidelines for Bunk Beds and must never be used as a bed in its current form. It can be modified though and made into a bed by adding additional safety rails or picket fence posts to the open exposed area.

C:E7 - Loft Bed with Picket Fence Safety Rails
We built this customer a custom Loft Bed using a Picket Fence Safety Rail design. The customer wanted an additional end platform as a reading nook and stairs with cubbies for lots of storage. This bed can be used without a mattress as an elevated loft play area or add a mattress to make it into a loft bed. Please contact us if you need a similar customized bed built.
