Product Information

 

- All Ready-To-Assemble Kits include all the pre-cut and pre-drilled lumber and hardware needed to construct your        Mattress Foundation

  complete bed.  All kits include our mattress foundation.

- Mattress not included.  All beds are unfinished and may be painted or stained to match any decor.

- All beds are heavy duty and have a weight capacity of 1000 lbs.  Lifetime Warranty.

- All accessories including desks, bookshelves and front ladder may be installed either on the left or right side.

- We custom build each bed to your exact specifications, so our beds can handle any mattress thickness

- For college students in a dorm room, our beds incorporate your existing dorm room bed frame.  Click here for info.

- Our beds are easy to assemble.  Tools required for set up are a cordless drill with a phillips #2 medium head

  bit, adjustable (or 9/16") wrench and a hammer.  Set up takes about 1-1/2 hours.  Click to see set up video.

- Sales Tax for NY residents only, all other states are sales tax free.

- We ship directly to your home, apartment or college anywhere within the contiguous US with Ground Shipping. 

 

Order Checkout Information

 

- We are PayPal Verified and an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau. 

- Be sure to add to your Address Book to ensure our email gets delivered to you.

- Did you review all available accessory items and add them to your cart?  Mattress is not included.

- Please remember during checkout to enter any Custom Specifications or Comments.

- You may change the order quantity anytime in the shopping cart.

- When entering your credit card number, enter only the digits without spaces or dashes between them.

- During checkout you will enter a contact phone number.  Please enter the phone number of the person who will be receiving the bed.

  If there is a problem with the delivery, FedEx may try to contact you using this phone number. 

- During checkout you will be asked to first enter your billing address and then you will have an option to change your shipping

  address.  Please double check your shipping address, if we need to change an address after the order has shipped, there is an

  additional $11 per package FedEx address change fee that will be billed to you.  With a typical order being 4-6 packages, an

  address change may cost you $66 or more depending on the number of packages. There may be additional charges if the address

  change required the packages to be sent to a different FedEx terminal.
